Thus slight variation in colour, shade, motif in each batch produced is natural due to the human involvement in the process.
• Having said this, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then the same will not be dispatched. We intend to avoid all possibilities of your dissatisfaction with Dharang Dupattas.
